This is a three-week training block that includes five days per week of training for those who are working out at home, or who have access to minimal equipment!
This program occasionally calls for a box or air-powered piece of equipment, but substitutions are generally provided. This program is designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.
Example Day of Training below:
100 H2H Swings
50 Long Cycles
50 Dead Clean Lunges
25 Box Jumps
25 Air Squats
After Each movement, perform 10 V-Ups, this is in exception to the last round where once you have finished your 25 Air Squats the workout comes to an end.
The KettleBell Work is all Single Arm and may be split up however you like between the arms, EXCEPT on the 100 H2H swings which must go directly back and forth. Do try and keep a Balance between the arms.
If you don’t have something to jump on, you can always do prisoner Squat jumps.
