Zach Filer is the Vice President of Kettlebell Rx ®. He has been teaching kettlebell seminars all over the world since 2010, and is in charge of programming the Kettlebell Rx ® Workout of the Day. You can find Zach giving advice for these workouts regularly on our media channels.

Zach’s personal use of the Rx style of lifting has produced multiple Kettlebell sport world record athletes, Master and International Master of Sport lifters, as well as high level athletes in a large range of strength and endurance sports. These results are not limited to the sporting arena, and Zach’s work is regularly used in the training of Military, Fire personal and LEO.

Zach has been running an affiliate since 2009, and owns CrossFit Hinge in the South Park area of Seattle. He also runs a non-profit teen program which gives youth the opportunity to learn to lift and to train for free at his gym.

Maureen Martone is a co-owner of Kettlebell Rx ®, and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness arena. She was one of the first women in the United States to train with kettlebells, and has experience teaching in many forms of kettlebell training, and fitness in general.
