Warm Up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic
Conditioning:
20 Minute EMOM
1st Minute: 1 Round “DT” Right Arm Single Bell
2nd Minute: 30 Sec Max Kick Through/Air Powered or 45 sec Max DU’s
3rd Minute: 1 Round “DT” left Arm Single Bell
4th Minute: 8 Head Cutters
DT = 12 x SAKB Deadlift, 9 x SAKB Clean, 6 x SAKB S2OH
Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural Work
