Warm Up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Strength: Straight Sets

Barbell Bench Press 5 x 1

*Perform these sets at 80-90% of your W1rm
*Rest 90-120 seconds between efforts

Conditioning:

35 Mister Spectaculars for time

*Every 90 Second perform 3 Strict PullUps
*Cap weight on today’s Training is 53/35

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructual Work
