Kettlebell Rx is taking two of the most fundamentally brutal and efficient pieces of equipment, and combining them into a in-depth, one-day course.
Get ready for our new 8 hour Kettlebell & SANDBAG Course! In this course you will be covering information including but not limited to the following:
1: Proper Hinging and Bracing techniques with SandBags and Kettlebells
2: In-depth exposure to NON-Arc based KettleBell movements focusing on explosive dynamic strength driven linearly from the ground.
3: Both Heavy and light SandBag techniques including the movement foundation of SandBag carries, Squats, Cleans, Thrusters and Turkish GetUps.
