Active Body Building is a 20-30 minute, in and out training program for those short on time and looking for a little change-up in your current training.
Designed to be able to be run in a large commercial gym, hotel facility, or your local CrossFit affiliate, Active BodyBuilding is designed to get you big results in minimal time. This 4 Week Block runs on three upper-body focus days, and two total-body focus workouts as well. A combination of free weights and cable machines or band work delivers a solid one-two punch for those short on time in their day but still looking for a great workout.
Your program will be distributed through TrueCoach, and will be available via e-mail and on the app. You can get started by downloading the TrueCoach app on your phone.
