Conditioning:

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes

20 Double Unders
8 Burpees
16 Dead Clean and Press (8R/8L)
8 Crush Grip Pendlay Rows
10 Pushups

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural
