Workout of the Day 3-17-2020

Warm Up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic

Conditioning:

Every 3 Minutes for 9 Minutes

3 Rounds

7 Overhead Squats
5 Bar Over Burpees

*OHS weight is open
*If you fail to complete the work in any 3-minute window, you owe a 100 air squat penalty upon completion of the workout. It’s only 1 Penalty if you miss any rounds, not 1 x 100 for each round.

Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of Light Monostructural Work
